The DATAWOD

Duo Teams. MM or FF - no mix teams.

4 WODs completed in any order over the time period of 14th to 16th October

Needs: 

• Clock Counting Up (WOD Proof App can be used) Else make sure clock is in view for the WOD
• Digital Scale to show weight of Equipment (Analog will not be accepted)
• Measuring Tape to show heights and distance
• Only Assault or Concept 2 for Cardio equipment: if equipment is required (Fong Kong will not be accepted)
• YouTube Channel to upload videos (If you do not upload videos you will not be considered for prizes)
• Once you start recording, you can not pause or stop the video. The video must play throughout from Athletes introduction, equipment check, WOD and end (So make sure you have space on your phone or Camera). Any edits to a video will be not be considered for the leaderboard. ONLY RAW unedited video footage will be accepted 

Don't:

• No GoPro or Fish Eye lens Camera's.
• No Liquid Chalk, No Pine Grip, No Grip Tech Paste (Only Chalk AKA Magnesium Carbonate to be used)
• No Grip Shirt/Shorts
• No Weight Lifting Straps to be used (Gymnastic Wraps are fine - please show this on camera during equipment check)
• No Filters (we don't care about your wrinkles or the pimple the size of Mars on your cheek)
